A monday morning. After the congestion from people rushing to work for their weekly meeting, I deliberately took my motorbike out, drove around and enjoyed the romantic look of the city. It’s probably not nice to say but I kinda appreciate the pandemic that gave me a chance to wallow in the golden sunlight that only comes in this time of the year.

My first plan was going to study at a coffee shop at Chan Cam street (a cutie place but really small) but there were some groups of customer, so I decided to go back to Nha Tho street. Enjoy my favourite drink, read some articles with the view of St.Joseph’s Cathedral, listen to my Hanoi’s old sóng playlist, I feel like finally can seperate myself from this crowded city for a bit.

I also bought green rice flakes (Cốm) from a vendors seller. Com, is the taste of Hanoi’ autumn, like Vu Bang – a journalist, writer – thoughts on it: “deepened the sorrows of far-flung Hanoians as autumn’s cloud breezed in”.
A bit struggling with assignments and deadlines thesedays but it was a good way to start a new week.
Beautiful and dreamy.

A Monday morning.
